Q: What is the difference between Certified Pre-Owned and Remanufactured?
A: Certified Pre-Owned or “CPO” equipment are slightly used pieces that go through our Certified Pre-Owned process. CPO equipment is checked from belts to bolts for any parts that are worn or broken. These parts are replaced, the equipment is tested and the piece is sent to the customer. Remanufactured or “Reman” equipment takes CPO to the next level by dismantling the equipment down to the frame and replacing all major parts with brand new parts regardless of their condition. Certified Pre-owned comes with a 90 day warranty on Parts and 30 day warranty on Labor vs Remanufactured comes with a 90 day warranty on Parts and Labor.

Q: How many hours of usage does the equipment have?
A: Most of our pieces come to us after about 3-5 years of use, However each piece goes through the CPO and Reman process equally so no matter how old or young the equipment is, the end result is the same across the board.

Q: Who will fix my equipment if it breaks after the warranty runs out?
A: There are many service companies available that provide good work, but in addition we have a national network of certified technicians available for you.

Q: Is used equipment safe for a commercial environment like a health club or school?
A: YES, We recommend Remanufactured equipment for commercial environments that will be using the equipment for more than 5 hrs per day. Certified Pre-Owned will be a perfect fit in a Commercial environment that has less than 5 hrs of use per day.

Q: What happens if I buy a piece of equipment and after it’s delivered I realize it’s not what I wanted?
A: We provide a 7-day full money back guarantee of all delivered equipment. If you are not happy with the piece, we will gladly refund your purchase price. Unfortunately, in order to maintain the lowest possible prices, the purchaser is responsible for return shipping fees, if applicable.

Q: Can I pickup the equipment from your warehouses instead of paying for shipping? Where are your warehouses physically located?
A: Many of our customers have picked up equipment locally, although the majority has it shipped. Most of our equipment is shipped from Plainview, NY 11803. However, in some cases it may ship from the west coast as well. Please contact us for details on your specific piece and we will accommodate local pick-ups as best we can.

Q: Do you offer installation/setup as well as delivery?
A: We routinely do installation/setup in the NY/NJ/Philadelphia metro areas. If you require setup elsewhere, please contact us with your exact location.

Q: Do you provide bulk discounts or package deals?
A: YES. Many of our customers require multiple pieces from everything from health clubs to large home gyms. We put together customized packages with significant volume discounts. Please contact us for details.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We certainly do! Although international shipping of individual pieces is not normally cost effective, we can put together packages of multiple pieces up to a sea container full for less than what it would normally cost to truck around the country! Please see our International page for details.
