Painted Finish | Powder Coating: Our products are Sanded & Repainted or silica sandblasted and powder coated . All of our frames and metal parts are run through this process providing a “like new” Condition
Mechanical | Rollers & Motors: The electronics are dismantled, diagnosed and rebuilt to provide an exceptional product. These rebuilt (or replaced) components ensure perfect functionality and reliability.
Electronics: Electronic are inspected and each board is run through a series of tests, using scopes and other testing equipment. All electronics are rebuilt or replaced to meet new equipment standards.
Console Overlays | Touch-Screens: These parts are the users’ control panel to the equipment. We Restore or replace all overlays to ensure reliability, longevity along with the aesthetics of a new piece of equipment.
Running Belts | Decks: Our refurbished treadmills are all outfitted with new premium wax-less belts and reconditioned or new decks, which are virtually maintenance free. These are all premium belts and decks to ensure machine longevity.
Motor Shrouds | Plastics: All of our equipments damaged motor shrouds and plastics are replaced with new ones.
Mechanical | Bushings & Bearings : Alternators and Generators are rebuilt or replaced. All damaged or worn bushings and bearings are all replaced.
Drive Belts | Assemblies: All drive belts are replaced. Crank assemblies are either rebuilt or replaced. These ensure easy use and extend the life of the part and machine.

Reconditioned Commercial Fitness Equipment
Fitness Depot Direct provides cost effective Reconditioned Commercial Fitness Equipment for your home or business. Reconditioned Commercial Fitness equipment is similar to Refurbished, except for a few minor elements. Reconditioned fitness equipment is a great cost effective option.
Painted Finish: Blemishes on frames are sanded and repainted with exact manufacture paint colors.
Mechanical | Rollers & Motors: Tested and Calibrated
Electronics: Tested and Calibrated.
Console Overlays | Touch-Screens: Tested, replaced if needed.
Running Belts | Decks: New Belts, Reconditioned decks.
Motor Shrouds | Plastics: Reconditioned.
Mechanical | Bushings & Bearings : Inspected, all broken or highly used parts replaced
Drive Belts | Assemblies: All drive belts are replaced.
Fitness Depot Direct randomly receive equipment that comes to us in great condition. We sell these products as Cleaned and Serviced. These pieces do not need new parts because they were used minimally. Our Technicians go through these pieces with a fine tooth comb making sure all belts are tight, motors and alternators are operating per manufactures specification, and touch screens are highly operational.
All pieces that are sold as Cleaned and Serviced have come to us in excellent condition.
